Go talk to him about fish. He needs you to find 4 fish so he can watch them. After he gives you the net, go use your magnifying glass near the 4 shipwrecks in the reef (3 on the left, 1 on the right near Birch) Bring the fish back to him for reward.

Talk to her. She wants a coat of arms made. You will need 5 rubies, 5 carnelians, 5 doubloons and 5 iridescent feathers. Take them to a gold smith in TigerTon (ProfHomeStretch, group 1 arena) She needs 2 gold chains. Give her all the items and then come back in a real day to collect it. Bring it back to QueenRuby.  Reward: $30,000
