In the haunted house. Find him. Talk to him. He wants you to invite WhiteOwlCrone (decay isle) to see him. Go talk to her. Return to FoggyGhost.

Cleopatra's Slithery Scare
Cleopatra, FallingLeavesCrone's Hut, Lost Isle
Cleopatra is scared of something in her home, and wants you to take care of it. Head over to the Jack-o-lantern in front of the haunted house and search it. You'll find one of Cleopatra's friends inside. Igor points to something large and round, to the north. Head back over to Decay, and click on the Jack-o-lantern to the right side of the cemetery entrance. Monty tells you that the scary something is to the east. Go to the creepy tree immediately to the right of the pumpkin, and click search. It turns out to just be a cat. Go back and tell all the snakes what's been going on.
Reward: 35 pieces of obsidian, 15 carnelians, 15 pieces of pyrite FullMoonCrone's Witch Isle Brew

FullMoonCrone is out of her brew, and wants you to get the ingredients for her. You need:
1 pumpkin
1 jar of olive oil
2 sacks of egg noodles
1 ear of corn
5 carrots
Return to FullMoonCrone to complete the quest.

GreyGhost, Decay Isle East Mausoleum
GreyGhost is afraid to go outside, and would like you to bring something from the outside world. Head southeast to WhiteOwlCrone's hut, and talk with her. She wants you to talk with GreyGhost about leaving AmityOwl alone. GreyGhost tells you that AmityOwl was only trying to help GreyGhost get outside, and she was getting excited. Go and talk with WhiteOwlCrone again to explain this, and she agrees to let AmityOwl come back outside again.
Reward: 10 Sulfur Crystals MrCoxswain and the Ichthyosaur:

Talk to him. First go to the dockhouse. Bring him the papers that are stuck in it. Read the book too. The fossil
is just where the lichen ends and the beach begins, at about 7:00 if the island were clock-faced. He left a big stone there to mark the spot. Once you find the rock, dig next to it. After that, return to MrCoxswain. Wait a real hour and then go back to the spot with the fossil (might have to dig around the rock), retrieve it and bring it to ProfBuckLand in GlacierTon library. Bring the payment to MrCoxswain. Reward: MrGreySkies Lost Cameo: Decay Isle Rowboat MrGreySkies asks you to search the Decay Isle haunted house for his stolen cameo. Talk to the Kasper by the barrels, then click on the footrest in one of the dining rooms (pictured below). Return the cameo to MrGreySkies.

Talk to her. She needs a jarful of phosphorous. Ask BaskerVille (the dog) on Bog isle. The dog says the phosphorus is on Pinnacle Isle, watch for falling rocks in the mountains (ore) and bring it to the chemist in AngleTon. So, go to Pinnacle Isle to the Observatory. Talk to DrRefractor and pay him for the phosphorus. Take it to LadyLitmusTitre (Titre Family Home on AngleTOn). Get her to change the naphoite into phosphorus. it takes 24 hours for her to complete it. Come back in a day and bring it to WhiteGhost. Reward: WhiteOwlCrone's Treats:

Bring her 12 oranges, 12 lemons and 12 mangos to complete the quest.
