Go to Big Forest Isle. NorthWest beach. Two trees planted together. Dig it up and return it to MadamPortsMouth.

Now head over to SirSpats' home in GlacierTon, and he will sell you the rubber needed.
Afterwards, go to MissThimbleSan in MarshTon to see about the foam. She sends you to CutieSmurl in LeafTon, who will give you the foam you need.
Pick up your bandages from MadamWeaver, then give all the items to MrsRunOut to finish the quest.

Talk to them and they will say the gem was stolen. Search the house till you find the scrap of paper with the code on it.
Click on the piece of paper in your inventory. It will look like this:

Go to the CityHall in MeadowTon. Talk to the mayor. Then go to the bank to find MissSunFire.
She will send you to find MadamGoldFire in the AngleTon Inn. She says she made up a 'fake' from the desert isles. Go to Amber Sands Isle and talk to BandanaSon. He will say he threw it ou in the cacti. Go rake just outside his hut to find the glass pieces. Take them back to Misses Gemstones. Take it to Titre's house to get the two tested.
Return the real stone to Misses Gemstones.
